Had my 3 month appointment for botux scheduled for April 2. My doctor told me he'd like to try Dysport as he'd had some success with some patients feeling faster relief and for a longer time (up to 5 months as opposed to 3). It is now day 2 following the injections and it's working. I can bend my fingers for the first time in months and my arm is straighter. I'm thrilled and can't wait to show my therapist the.improvement today. Something positive for a change.

i will look this treatment up as i have never heard of it. does it help rigidity in other parts of the body
That sounds great. Botox took a couple of weeks to work in Ruth's right foot when she first had it in Feb 2017 and she now has an injection every 3 months. But the pain from the dystonia never came back so it does work.

That is good to hear. I have not heard of dysport before. My hubby is waiting for Botox on his eyelids so this is a whole new area of treatment for us.
Hope you get the longer term
Benefit the drug promises.
