I have come of my Nebivolol after doing 1.25 every other day for 3 days then stopped. I’m assuming these are withdrawal symptoms light headed dizzy and dis- orientated especially when standing and very tired. Seeing specialist July now seems so far away but this cardiologist specialises in the electrical side of the heart so hoping he can sort me out ! I have now given up work until resolved as was all too much for me😪

Off Nebivolol 4 days now
I am surprised that you have not seen an EP before. I am improving gradually with the change to Nebivol. Well at least the bad dreams are! Plus my heart rate is now in the 70's
Yes NHS years ago they were quicker this time around not so quick for the initial referral and the second app . They just kept staying when I chase it up the cardiologists are going to discuss your case in an MDT meeting and refer you ( I call them electricians ) that took 3 months but app is in July so 6 months since 1 st app.
This is a very fast withdrawal. I am coming off Bisoprolol at the moment. I took half the 1.25 dose for 2 months and now cut my 2.5 tablets into 6 pieces getting approximately .4 mg . I will take this for another couple of months then move to every other day. This might seem excessively cautious but I have had no withdrawal symptoms so far and do not want any. The longer you are on a beta blocker the more the body gets used to it and I think it's better to reduce slowly so as not to traumatise the body with an abrupt removal.
Dr said as was on such a low dose and only 6 weeks approx I could taper for few days then come off ? So hoping I have been informed correctly.
