Buscopan and Imodium
I stopped taking Laxido as it has made my IBS worse. The Dr has now given me buscopan taking 8 a day. Still cramping and diarrhoea. Has anyone taken imodium and buscopan together?

Advice
Long time since I have asked a question. I love my aroma therapy essential oil diffuser but I am finding that I am coughing alot when it has been on for a long period. Can anyone give me some advice on this. Should I or should not be using this when I have asthma ( still relatively new to asthma ) Thanks

Copd?
I had severe breathing problems, couldn't sleep, felt like I was only breathing a portion of the oxygen I intake. Was sent for several tests: X-ray= Lung hyperinflation, ECG=Normal, Spirometry=(Normal pre bronchodilator(93%), abnormal post bronchodilator), Blood pressure= 140, not less than 130 (fluctuates

hate my rhinoplasty
I’ve been crying ever since my cast removal 3 days ago from my rhinoplasty. I know it’s soon but the shape dramatically changed and it looks hideous to me….I feel like it ruined my face. I’m so sad

Continuing Healthcare Farce
We have just been declined for CHC funding for my dad who has advanced stage CBD. Apparently he does not meet the health criteria!! He is on lots of medication which my mum administers. He is at home with carers coming in 4 times a day to do all the personal care and has a visit from the District Nurses

Opthalmic consultant recommended selium. Is this the dose I should be taking?
I am already taking 200 ug selium. Yesterday I had an eye check to rule out Ted. After being referred initially by Specsavers to New Medica then on to a hospital to see a consultant. The consultant said she was uncertain and will check again in 3 months but recommended 250 mgs selenium and System Balance

7 month old started rejecting solids suddenly
Hi lovlies hope you're all ok. So I started weaning my boy at 5 months, he started eating baby porridge. Took a week for him to start liking it. They I gave pureed veg and fruits he took to that too. I even tried few finger foods he would eat some. We were doing so well that I was prepared to do baby

I’m really hoping someone can help as I am at my wits end. I have a stepson who is 5 years and 7 months. He had a traumatic birth and has been left with an undiagnosed brain injury, a speech delay and partial hearing loss. I have been trying to toilet train him for 2 years, and have managed to get

coming off targinact
Hi All. I am very anxious at the moment as the NHS have a drive to get people off targinact 10/5 mg which has been a miracle worker for me. Also on a 2 mg rotigitine patch. Not sure what to expect when coming off and been given gabepentim to try. Tried pregabelim but was a shocker for side effects

Speech and Language team in the UK
Just an update on my wife (Jackie, diagnosed since 29th Jan 23) and her PSP path, she had a visit from the Speech and Language therapy team yesterday and it's not good. She's struggling with food, she'd said that food wasn't going down. So they tried her with a sandwich and she couldn't clear it after

Fibro & Severe Stiffness.
Hello all. So it's been a while since I posted last. Many of you were so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable on many questions about fibro. I had never realised or put the two together when it came down to severe stiffness that some people experienced this as a symptom of fibro. Can anybody explain

IBS Loose bowels
I have had IBS for many years but now I am finding I cannot control my bowels and have awful accidents. It is preventing me from socialising or going shopping as I am not aware of when it will happen. I take Mebeverine and Loperamide daily but it isn't helping much. Any advice would be appreciated

Dipyridamole update.
I recently had to stop taking Dipyridamole prior to surgery. Day one wasn’t an issue, I slept great. Day two was a huge reminder of how bad RLas can be. Day three I am just vibrating. Now it could be the stress from the surgery but my RLS is through the roof and it is only 8:30 am. I can sleep
