How to buy DHEA n Melatonin supplements in UK, I have checked iherb n confused at checkout. Please help. Thanks.

Hi, I think I had problems ordering from iherb but it was quite a few months ago so I can't remember what the obstacle was. Anyway I ended up ordering both supplements from Biovea and this was easy to do.

What is the problem you are having? I have ordered both from iHerb. You choose if you want Hermes or DHL but otherwise it is just a normal checkout. Only thing I can think is do you have the country and currency set to GB? Xx

Yeah. I changed the country, add few more products in the cart, selected hermes n infront of that its written that 108£ something. I will share the screenshot too.

Tax gets added at this point too rather than being included in original price.

Vat is clear but there are few red highlighted instructions about 100 n sonething pounds..so not clear wat are u paying n wat will u pay on arrival

I think that just means that type/cost of postage and packaging is only suitable for orders up to a value of £108.21. I’ve ordered DHEA and other things from iHerb before and didn’t have any additional charges after. I’ve just ordered again and it should arrive in the next week or so.

I also never had additional charges to pay and have ordered from them loads of times. They actually ship to the UK from the Netherlands, rather than US. What you see as a final amount is what you pay. As skitten says, tax isn't on the original prices but you will pay 20% tax on the basket total. Hermes is usually then free to ship (showing tax+shipping as one fee that works out as the tax amount ) and DHL costs a bit extra as slightly faster. Once you go over a certain amount (I think maybe 139 quid) you are liable for import duty, and that is when you might get extra charges, but it is cheaper to just do 2 orders with free Hermes delivery, or even 2 DHL orders, than start faffing with import if you want a lot of stuff xx

Okie dokie. Now i understand that. Otherwise i was thinking my order is less than 20£ and ovrr that iv to pay 108£ as a duty. Thanku so much dear.

Due to Brexit, we now have to pay both shipping charges and VAT on top of the item costs when having orders from iHerb delivered to the UK.
