In what it says is world first, Hadassah medical team saves fetus’s twisted ovaries
When this happens, the ovary dies, damaging
fertility
and the hormonal production needed for female health.

Possible endometrioma seen during fertility scans. How to address / diagnose? Input really welcomed
I have been scanned by several different gynacologists /
fertility
consultants during my clinic visits. Sometimes they see what appears to be a small endometrioma on one ovary. Approx 12mm. And other times they don't see it.

amh level please advise
I’m confused as after the amh test, I received a letter from the
fertility
doctor saying this amh level was normal and reassuring… The other confusing thing is my ovarian scan have notes saying they are bulky and could be polycystic, however I’ve never been diagnosed with pcos, started this journey

When did you stop progesterone?
The private RE has suggested I stay on it until at least 24 weeks, after she consulted with a
fertility
specialist (Dr Stuart Lavery) who from a quick Google search does seem to be quite renowned in the
fertility
world.

Any experience with PRP for the ovaries?
Hello my dear friends, After a failed transfer and searching for a new clinic a new
fertility
doctor recommended me to do PRP to my ovaries. My reserves started to diminish, as per him, so I would profit from this treatment.

Thyroid and fertility
I know 2.4 is under the 2.5 threshold for
fertility
, but I would need it checking in early pregnancy anyway wouldn't I?

44, own eggs, 4th and final round started - any success stories?
Hi Everyone, I’ve just started my 4th and final round after starting IVF in 2021(and a few years of ttc before that… unexplained
fertility
issues apart from age, andenomyosis and husband working away a lot up to 2021!). It has been a longer journey than hoped or planned!

Pelvic Pain unknown cause
Since having children (did not require
fertility
treatment) they have become more frequent but still totally irregular. First day of period is painful but not debilitatingly so, the hormonal run up to the period is the worst bit as I am like the devil.

Struggling with news of a family pregnancy
I am already seeing a counsellor, tried acupuncture; doing meditation and affirmations and
fertility
yoga as well as running and cardio, and I am on the supplements and
fertility
diet for egg quality. Seriously any advice would be welcome x

Wildely different AMH test scores - any thoughts why?
I’m the kind of person who lives having a plan to help deal with all the uncertainty surrounding
fertility
treatment, so this has thrown me a bit. Any thoughts on why they may be so different? In any case, not an urgent Q. I know I will have to be patient and wait for a third test! x

Potential underactive thyroid
hi, I’ve had to go private for
fertility
investigations after loss and have had some more intensive thyroid testing done after the NHS advised no concerns. I’m hoping someone can give me some guidance based on my results as I’m quite lost with what to do/where to go next.

Extremely low amh-looking for hope
I am 37 and my AFC count was 5, AMH was 0.7pmol.I paid for a private

Adenomyosis, should I have hysterectomy?
I've got teenage kids and no desire to have more, so loss of
fertility
isn't an issue for me. After a year on zoladex since the ablation, the biggest ongoing issue for me is fatigue and sleep pattern.

Possible unilateral endometrioma question
Hi everyone,I had
fertility
testing as we are trying to conceive. I'm 41 and wanted to know whether all was ok. All was clear with HSG, hysteroscopy where a small polyp was removed. The only thing they found was a 2cm cyst on my right ovary that was sugestive of endometrioma.

Newly diagnosed
No suggested support, not even a mention of the affects on
fertility
(myself and husband decided we did not want children some time ago luckily but I cannot imagine the impact on someone who wants to have children).

Period started this morning - one day before my OTD 😢💔
We have paid for two rounds (via Access
Fertility
) so do have another fresh cycle to go and I’m really hoping I might get more than two eggs next time (despite my low AMH).
