Hi everyone,I had fertility testing as we are trying to conceive. I'm 41 and wanted to know whether all was ok. All was clear with HSG, hysteroscopy where a small polyp was removed. The only thing they found was a 2cm cyst on my right ovary that was sugestive of endometrioma. Fast forward to March I found I was pregnant but sadly miscarried at 8 weeks. I've been worrying about this possible endometrioma and whilst getting an US to confirm miscarriage last week, I asked them to check for my ovary to see whether the cyst had evolved. It was still there. A week later (today) to check if mc was complete, they found out that the cyst appearance completely changed, it wasn't homogeneous anymore and had structure inside. Not sure whether I am describing it well. A week ago they wrote in the report that it was suggestive of endometrioma but this time, they didn't.
I am trying to make sense of it all. Can endometrioma totally change appearance in a week? Could it actually be another kind of cyst?
Just as an aside, I don't have any typical endometriosis symptoms and this cyst was an incidental finding last year.
Any help or insight would be much appreciated!
