hi lovely warriors, I hope you’re all keeping strong and positive on your journeys xx We are preparing for new fresh cycle , the consultant advised to take impryl (for both me and husband) and 200 mg coq10 x 3 a day. I am suffering from pet allergy and would like to take antihistamines.. which over the counter are safe with cirrhosis? Are there any other suggestions to relieve the symptoms. All blood work are within normal range and living a normal healthy life, obviously no alcohol.

Great purchase
I want to make everyone aware of an amazing book by the world reknowned PBC expert. I encourage everyone, especially those newly diagnosed, to purchase this book - both editions if possible. Dr. Jones has been one of the contributors to The PBC Foundation's Thursdays' live Q&A sessions. This information

Feeling a bit lost, fatty liver diagnosis maybe?
Hi everyone, Two weeks ago, I woke up with horrendous abdominal pain. After a trip to A&E and around the houses a bit, I was told there are some fat deposits in my liver and my liver blood tests were abnormal. As I'd ended up in a gallbladder dept, they confirmed it wasn't my gallbladder and they

Post Transplant Fatigue
Hello, I had my liver transplant just over 6 years ago now and apart from an issue right at the beginning, I have been well. I’ve not even had covid! G P telephone consultation
My GP rang to review my blood tests. All were normal apart from an elevated GGT. It has been elevated for a long time which is why I was referred for a Fibroscan and this scan showed Cirrhosis (17kpa). As I have mentioned previously this was alarming news as I had never drank and had a lower BMi.
