hi lovely warriors, I hope you’re all keeping strong and positive on your journeys xx
We are preparing for new fresh cycle , the consultant advised to take impryl (for both me and husband) and 200 mg coq10 x 3 a day. Today I was reading Impryl website and it says not to mix with coq10. Now I’m wondering what should I do, which one has more impact supporting egg quality ? I really appreciate if you could share your experience with this or wider advice for egg quality. Thank you all, sending lots of good luck and strength your way xx
‘We strongly discourage taking Impryl® alongside strong direct antioxidants such as vitamin C, CoQ10 and selenium. These substances may induce ‘reductive stress’ that may negate the benefit of Impryl®. Impryl® enables your body to provide all the natural antioxidant support you need. But it’s fine to take vitamin D, Inofolic Alpha and omega 3 fatty acids alongside Impryl®. For further information, read about how Impryl® helps.’

I was in the same boat so stopped the impyrl so I could take the coq10 again in prep for the next round as it didn’t seem to make a difference to me last round so I’ve changed back to coq10 and upped the dose to 600 and changed to whichever version is the one that absorbs easier (but is more expensive) so I’m on that, pregnacare, omega 3 (as I dont like fish) extra vitamin D and an oral probiotic. About to start stims hopefully this week so I can’t comment on whether it worked but been doing this since start of the year after reviewing answers to others on here and elsewhere xx
Hi Twiglet2 I hope you're well , thank you very much for taking the time to share this, it's soo confusing, specially when is the doctor who gives you the wrong indications, i think i might do the same and just do the Coq10 with normal multivitamin and omega 3. I hope it all pays off for you, wish you all the success on this egg collection and transfer , i hope this is your lucky one xx
