Hello everybody, my first post I joined approximately about six months ago after my husband was diagnosed with cirrhosis, early May 2023 He is now doing very well 🙏I have certainly learned so much from everybody’s contributions and I am very appreciative of that so thank you to everybody.

I did once see a list on here from the British liver nurse regarding recommended travel insurance I’m not sure how to retrieve it can somebody point me in the right direction please .

Worth looking at Co Op extra bank account. You can call the travel insurance team to check if a..he'll be covered and b...if there'll be extra to pay.If OK it costs £15 pm which inc travel insurance for you both..mobile phone insurance and car breakdown insurance.

It's a good policy

Hi, I'm with the Everyday Extra Insurance policy with Cooperative Bank £15 pm for Travel, Phone and Breakdown. There is a contact number provided with a information pack to help you with whatever Insurance policy you need and they're very helpful. I hope this helps and all the best with your husband's recovery.

hi I too have recently needed holiday insurance my pre existing conditions my current insurance dis not cover me .

I was directed to a government site which had several insurance companies to try .

I got annual European cover for £680 ( excludes cruising

With Staysure .

Hi a couple of companies I have asked for insurance is stay sure and All clear, I’m sure there are others, I’m actually going with staysure. Good luck and I hope you can get a holiday 🤞👍.

Staysure I use then every year either single trips or annual cover. Depends on how many trips you are doing which is the best way to go
