Hi. My TSH levels have been 0.02 for over a year, yet T3 and T4 have been in the normal range.I have chronic fatigue, reason I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism 20 years ago, and they have reduced my Levothyroxine to 75mg now. I am so concerned that this is going to cause my fatigue to get worse.

My numbers were high until they put me levothyroxine to help with it. Now they stay in the normal range. I however have MS to go with it so I stay tired anyways reguardless. So I'm afraid I can't be of to much help with information.
