Aching!!
I feel absolutely awful... the pain in my joints every single joint from shoulder to feet is horrendous. I had an awful night. Painkillers won’t help. I almost regret having the jab. I never expected this kind of pain at all. When will it go !!!

Pain relievers for osteoarthritis
Hello all, What do you use to relieve osteoarthritis pain. I’m having a lot of hip and sacral joint pain. Currently on 13 mg pred where I’ve been stuck for months. Tylenol barely does anything. Ibuprofen helps more but I don’t take it often because of the pred.

Back Pain
I have been living with back pain for a number of years having had nerve blocking injections and radio frequency which at the time worked really well. I am now at a point that I cant get any more radio frequency injections and most pain killers do not do the job. I have been advised to try Lidocaine

Shang Ring for phimosis- Feb 2021
My circumcision was based on my GPs recommendation as I developed a foreskin infection in Nov 2020. I'm 37 and fairly healthy. I just got operated yesterday and am carrying the ring. I also went through frenectomy where the surgeon "loosened" the frenulum. Day 01: Ongoing bleeding (mostly because

Managing bowel symptoms
I have a large (9cm) cystic mass (possibly an endometrioma, possibly a cystic adenomyoma) attached to my uterine fundus. My uterus is retroverted and the mass is causing pressure on my bowel. I’m currently on month 4 of Zoladex and waiting to hear back from the MDT at a BSGE centre. I’m hoping someone

Tight Pelvic Floor Muscles leading to constant urge to urinate, unable to fully empty and spasms.
Hi I’m a 45 year old man. 7 years ago I had a structure removed from my urethra and since then I’ve had niggling pain in the pelvic floor and urethra area. I have what I call ‘flare ups’ and usually get prescribed medication for Prostatitis. I’ve tried acupuncture, pelvic floor physiotherapy, deep breathing

Is there something we can do?
I feel that this forum mostly consists of people acknowledging each other’s struggles but more often than not without any real answers or solutions (because we just don’t have them) and in a similar way to how reddit got together to change Wall Street with investments, or BLM protested and got the worlds

Urine test and opiate detection question.
Has anyone experienced or have knowledge about getting DAP ( drug abuse panel ) urine tests and showing negative for opiates when you are taking opiates every day ? My GP has made me have DAP urine twice in 10 days and both come up negative. She says if I’m not using my opiates she should decrease

Pain post hip replacement
My wife had a hip replacement early Sept 2020. Her progress was slower than she’d hoped re walking distances due to bad weather and leaves on the ground. She is now finding that she is getting pain in the hip area and lower back when out walking sometimes and even getting up from a chair. Painkillers
