The Biologic Enbrel-This could be promising for PBC...trial is needed.
I'm starting Enbrel for an arthritis condition and have been trying to find information to see if it would work for autoimmune PBC. I stumbled across this case study. http://www.medpagetoday.com/clinical-context/pbcnash/53233 Not sure if it would do any good for end stage PBC, but would definitely

I was on Enbrel and it stopped working for me, they have changed me over to cimzia but I am waiting for wash out period. Still Searching for a sense of normalcy.
Diagnosed with RA, Fibro, OA in 2010 and I am still in search of a protacal that will give me relief from pain, help me move easier and offer consistency with everyday symptoms. Currently on sulfa med, plaquenil ,Cymbalta and Tramadol. Have tried methotrexate and I cannot take, was very sick and worse

Has anyone experienced Glaucoma or autoimmune liver diseases/liver problems with RA medications?
Hello Everyone, I have been living with Rheumatoid Arthritis for 15 years. I have been on countless mediations to try to combat the problem. When I was first diagnosed, my Rheumatologist put me on Methotrexate and Prednisone (on and off when it flared). The Methtrexate stopped working and we started

Hello - I'm new here and wish to share concerns
If anyone has experienced strange symptoms when taking sertraline and HRT (
Evorel
Sequi) like I have - be good to know if there is any advice. Now I'm thinking I'd be better going out for a run - to get all this tension away hmmmm!

First Benepali jab after switching from Enbrel
Well it's come to yes as my Mum would say. I have my new Benepali waiting in the fridge and tomorrow is my first one. I have read the leaflet that comes with it as its a different type of pen to the Enbrel. Apparently you just hold it against your site of choice and press down and wait for two clicks

So, I'm on my 5th Enbrel inj. I did injected on Thursday and today my inj site is raised and really red. This has never happened with any of the previous injections. It also hurts to touch. Has anyone experienced this??

Bechets and Enbrel
Sorry I haven't posted in a while. So I switched to a different Rhuemtologist. The women I was seeing was very insensitive and rude. We could not agree on a treatment plan for the life of me. She wanted me to be her Ginny pig in all aspects of trying loads of medication. My new dr is amazing! He listens

Benepali versus enbrel - worried?
Hi there, I have been injecting Enbrel for two years and it has made a difference (I have psoriatic arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis), I also inject methotrexate. I have now received a letter from my hospital informing me they are withdrawing Enbrel and replacing it with a"biosimilar" benepali

Hypo & HRT?
One would be to try NDT (he prescribes Erfa) and as he felt some of what I'm experiencing is menopausal (though I'm 61 and its 9 years since I had a period) he suggested trying
Evorel
Conti HRT patches.

Ill health retirement Decision making me ill.
Rant Alert! I have been refused ill health retirement. I have had RA since 2008 and on Enbrel and the usual other meds. The reason given is becsuse of my weight, yes I know I am very overweight but this is all the docs fixated on not the fact that at least 3 of the meds cause weight gain plus the fact
