Adverse reaction to t3 increase
Hi All! I'm lucky and live in the US and have a nurse practitioner that prescribes both t3 and t4. She recently did blood work (see below), and increased both my t3 and t4 medicine. I've been able to tolerance the t4, however, not the 5mcg of t3. I added the additional t3 in the early afternoon, but

On Emphysema, Vitamins and...
...other stuff. The other day there was discussion of B-17 which, as far as I'm concerned is useless (..and even possibly dangerous..) but I'm no 'authority' so what do I know?? I'm writing today to give just a small amount of input on a couple of vitamins/supplements that I've had direct experience

Spasticity
I joined this forum in 2014 and I was aware to a few medical terms I hadn't heard of before. One of those terms, that came from angelite, was 'spasticity' because she has it. I had an idea what spasticity was but did not really know completely... Until now. My brain injury occurred in 1996. For years

Essential oils
http://livingtraditionally.com/what-nobody-ever-told-you-about-diffusing-essential-oils/ Essential oils are great for many things. I got into essential oils when I read about Frankecense essential oil being the best oil for the brain. Frankecense oil hasn't exactly cured my injury, far from that but
