I have just read eucalyptus oil good for copd anyone any comments on this please and best ways to use

Hi Jean. Eucalyptus is an expectorant and can be inhaled in steam. A lot of the old fashioned cough sweets contain eucalyptus (Jakemans Throat and Chest etc). We have a newsagents in what was a big mining community, and a lot of our regular customers swear by them.

Yes, I used to use it in a steamer - good reminder to do this again. :)

Boots sell them at 60p a pop. ~ Possibly the cheapest thing they sell. I think they have three different flavours ~ all good for clearing the sinuses, in a nice way.
