Emergency admission for partially ruptured endometrioma
I was rushed into hospital with awful pelvic pain , infection markers, inflammation and signs of sepsis last week. After, many days of hum-ha-ing, an emergency laparoscopy found a fist sized, partially ruptured endometrioma. The ovary had fused to my bowel and pelvis and so it could not be removed. It

Hi, I am 72 years old, about a year ago had a lumpectomy because of cancer, all ok now. Was given Lectrozole because cancer linked to oestrogen. Had a bone density scan, results were Ostopenia, so given Alendronic Acid and calichew-D3. Is anybody else on these medications? Reading the articles on these

Short antagonist FET protocol - when to add progesterone
Hello, I am going to do a frozen embryo transfer soon after I've completed implantation testing. I have had a successful FET previously in which I started oestrogen on day 1 of my period and had a scan on day 12 (lining was good at 7.5ish and trilaminar). After that I started progesterone on day 17,

HRT options
Hello All, I had the Mirena coil (IUD) since starting menopause and was taking oral oestrogen HRT in addition for the hot flushes (nearly 10 years now). I was on Elleste solo 1mg, which I only took every 3-4 days, as I found this dose was okay for controlling the flushes, if I took more my breasts

Micronized Progesterone - Does it do anything?
I started taking HRT a while ago and I felt was all over the place, sometimes on top of the world. sometimes awful - it took me a lot longer than it ought to have done to figure out that in the 2 weeks that I take Oestrogen only I'm amazing, and when I take Utrogestan with Oestrogen I can barely function

Era cancelled, convert to timed intercourse 🤯 fed up
Hi all, long time no speak! To be honest I've been a bit down in the dumps after my last failed cycle and finding it hard to face the reality of being 42 and running out of time. Haven't been on this forum much as just needed a break, I know you all get it. Before I made any more decisions, I wanted

HI, I've lowered my Dexa results in a year (but still higher than 5 years ago) All areas are in osteopenia now with spine being the worst at -2.1. I didn't realize you shouldn't change machines so last year it was -2.9 but I think that was part error. My doc is checking with place because differences

Oestrogen tablets/medicated FET for APS?
Hi there, I’m due to see my fertility consultant about a new IVF cycle. I had done medicated FETs before (all failed) but now that I’ve been diagnosed with Antiphospholipid Syndrome, I’ve read that I should stay away from oestrogen tablets as they double the risk of blood clots. Has anyone with APS

New British study below [1]. "Pre-clinical models demonstrate that platelet activation is involved in the spread of malignancy." (Metastasis is dependent on unwanted coagulation. This is why I use nattokinase to dissolve unwanted clots, and the D-dimer test to ensure that there are no active clots

Jaw and Shoulder Pain
Did anyone have jaw and/or shoulder pain that was eventually relieved once they found their sweetspot? I am 24 days on 100mcg T4 and 5mcg T3. I have the jaw and shoulder pain, plus still very tired. I think the brain fog is somewhat better. It is hard to sort out brain fog and fatigue at times. I can

booked in for full hysterectomy
hey I had a lap back in October and it looks like the endo has returned so I’m booked in for a total hysterectomy! I’m really scared about it all. How are you after yours? Has it changed you at all? I’ve already started hrt and get on really well with the oestrogel especially with less adhd symptoms

Bending after FET
Hi Is it ok to bend after FET? I read somewhere online that you shouldn’t. How long does an blastocyst take to implant? Is it best to take time off work after FET? Is estrogen, Cyclogest, Lubion, steriods, aspirin, clexane and CoQ10 time sensitive? How to keep abdomen warm? Is that important?

Dr. Jorge Flechas on reversing osteoporosis with boron.
Really informative talk. His wife reversed her osteoporosis by going up to 150 mg/ day of boron. He’s been taking it for many years, he was 65 when this was filmed and says he now has the skeleton of a 20 year old. Be sure to watch part 2 (also located on this channel) - it goes more into bone drugs
