Thin lining medicated FET
I had my base scan on Thursday on CD11 and my lining is only 7.2mm. I’m a little worried as this is the first medicated FET with 6mg estrogen daily (Elleste Solo 2mg, an HRT drug). Previously I had 2 natural cycle FET and my lining was much thicker 9mm. Since Thursday they have up my dose to 8mg estrogen

Night spasms
I had bowel cancer in May last year and had a hemi-colectomy that was straight forward and needed no further treatment. Nine weeks after that operation I was told that they had found another cancer on the bowel they removed. This turned out to be Low grade serous ovarian cancer. I had a Radical hysterectomy

Does lower stims equal fewer eggs/embryos or better quality?
Hi everyone. Hope you're doing OK? I have a question around my next cycle. Long story short, I have high oestrogen and it means getting to transfer is difficult (both fresh and fet). Took us 11 months to do 1 collection and 2 transfers. I have told my consultant I'd like to avoid this as much as possible

Hypo thyroid and estrogen
Hi I was wondering if under active thyroid function can cause estrogen to be low? From what iv read it is normally the opposite but I have suffered low estrogen for 2 years and started T3 and my estrogen has increased. Iv started my T3 but iv also been working on my gut and cleansing my liver / gallbladder

HRT - decreases B12 levels?
Hi all I posted about abdominal pain/problems in December- got a whole lot of helpful replies. GP sent me for blood tests and scan - all clear thankfully. Seems to have settled now - not sure what caused it or why ok now. Thanks for the advice given. Anyway, my new query - I just haven’t been well

Exercise during meds (not stims)
Hi I had a prostap injection on Friday. And on my next cycle I'll be doing an ERA which will involve taking oestrogen and asprin and then progesterone when instructed. Are there any issues with exercising on this programme? I'd like to be able to do a short jog when I can and some strength training

Surgical menopause - HRT and cutting patches
HeyI had a oophorectomy in June, struggled to get the right balance of estrogen. Finally put on the 100mg patches which have made a difference in terms of I'm not a complete emotional wreck and can function with life better. But I have gained so much weight, I've gone up nearly two dress sizes since

Can menopause trigger hypothyroidism?
When I turned 50 (few years ago now) over a few months my health changed, I developed weakness, brain fog, insomnia, heat intolerance, poor appetite, joint aches, atrophy etc etc. I even stopped exercising when I had been reasonably fit before. GP sent off some bloods and called me within days to start

Thyroid or Pituitary Problem?
Sorry in advance for the long essay! Desperatly hoping for some advice. I am a 30-year-old female suffering fatigue, brain fog & migraine with visual disturbances since July 2020, therefore I stopped the COCP after a 10-year use (which was prescribed for the management of menorrhagia). Feeling unwell after failed transfer. Is this normal?
We found out on Thursday our FET was unsuccessful. I stopped my hormone medications that afternoon, so I have had 2 full days without any estrogen / progesterone. I also stopped the Inhixa and have started to reduce the steriods as advised. Since yesterday I have felt really unwell, I cannot seem to

Improving Egg Quality - Advice Please?
Hi all, I’ve just found and joined this group - and have already read through loads of helpful posts! 🙏🏼 It’s so great to know I’m not alone on this fertility rollercoaster! I’m 41 and met my amazing partner later than I would have liked. We’ve been TTC for three years and started IVF last Nov. We
