Another cancellation
It reached 7.2mm with triple line on Tuesday and today after 19 days of
estradiol
and three scans over a week (not cheap) it is down to 6.5 with triple line breaking. It is maddening. I found the 2ww quite relaxing compared to this torture!

Blood test results Progesterone/Oestradiol, liver etc
Hi, please can anyone offer any advice on my test results. I did the test 8 days after ovulation. I wanted the sex hormones tested 7 days after ovulation but my period was a day late. I'm seeing my GP later on this week, but I never really trust them with interpreting results. I had the blood test

Could this solve recurring UTIs that many of us suffer with?
So we agreed to trial for three months Vagifem
Estradiol
and then review frequency of UTIS during this period. The Vagifem comes either as suppository or as cream. I like that she is looking at cause rather than treating effect.

2 stone weight gain on levothyroxine. Please help me with blood test results
Hi everyone, I posted on here in Summer as I've been really struggling with my symptoms. Since then I have eventually been able to see an endocrinologist and he allowed me to get my blood tested- he said my T3 and other relevant things would be tested but after looking at the results which I picked up

Chonic tendonitis for a year
Estradiol
pills helped some with loosening my muscles and tendons, but need more help. With this and other FM issues, I'm amazed at the low quality of life I've gotten used to.

Third transdermal Estradiol update and 'exposure'!
Just received my latest PSA, T, E2, and AP results and I must say that so far I'm quite pleased. I am still using JUST tE2 gel daily, and one 0.5mg Avodart every third day and my PSA has reached a new 12 year low with NO side effects other than the little man-boobs which appear to have reached a plateau

Friedman - DHT, etc..
Then he goes on to advocate a high T, low DHT protocol, and the control of T to
estradiol
with an aromatase inhibitor. I get the
estradiol
part, but the lowering DHT part is confusing. It seems if we want low Bcl-2, then we want high DHT.

Sickness after stopping medication
I was taking prednisolone, progesterone pessaries and
estradiol
. On Monday evening I started being sick, this continued every half an hour for the whole night. It was horrific. I had stomach pains as well so put it down to starting my period and shedding the lining.

Ranting today: bloody lazy lining (before FET)!! Always too thin... we're close to giving up
I am already on a relatively high dosage of
estradiol
and it scares me A LOT to have to take
estradiol
for much longer, or even to increase the dosage, I am so worried about risks, that's the most stressful thing in this process for me.

Dihydrotestosterone [DHT] & PCa castration resistance [CRPC].
I knew that ERbeta expression tends to be inhibited at an early stage, but I thought maybe a strong testosterone:
estradiol
ratio [T:E2] might help keep ERbeta in play. For each of 6 months my T remained static - until I injected vitamin B12 for 4 months.
