BAT & Abiraterone / Enzalutamide resensitization
BAT is bipolar androgen therapy. Men receive cyclic high-dose testosterone injections while on ADT. IMO, BAT is best started along with ADT because it may delay CRPC indefinitely. There are numerous reasons for CRPC & not everyone will respond to BAT at that stage - particularly in heavily treated Abiraterone

Testing information
This was some of the info Slowdragon asked for. This is from September 2019. My most current TSH is 3.2. My current vitamin B12 is 1400. This is the most recent test I had for all of the other things. Let me know if this shows anything that could be going on. As I’ve said, I have major bouts with

Relugolix versus Leuprolide - Neal Shore video.
Balsam01 & others have posted on the study, but not many responded. The study is re-posted below [2]. Neal Shore was the author & he speaks in [1]. Note that Relugolix [Relumina] is an oral gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH)
antagonist
, whereas Leuprorelin [Lupron] is a GnRH analogue

Rising psa after Eligard and bicalutamide, in 9 months. What treatment now to stop the psa rise?
Had a prostatectomy in June 2018. Two tumors, Gleeson 3+3, with perineural infiltration. Psa went to 0.22 post op by March 2019, before op was 4.12. Went on Eligard and 50mgs bicalutimada when Psa rose to 1.58 in Sept. 2019. Psa fell to 0.10 in Dec. 2019, but has risen to 0.21, in March 2020, then 0.31
