Testosterone therapy to... LOWER testosterone production?
I know there is plenty of talk here about BAT and TRT and SPT (i.e., supra-physiological levels of testosterone) , but there is an aspect of getting high-T shots that sometimes gets mentioned without in-depth discussion. Namely, that high doses of exogenous T can serve to suppress the endogenous (testicular

DHEA, borderline PCOS ?
So, I had a failed round last month (4 mature eggs, none fertilised with ICSI). I'm 40 so need to get going with my next cycle, had my DHEA levels checked, 10.2umol/l, apparently within normal range for my age but when checked against the fertility Bible and other sources it seems way above what mine

ADT (Lupron) vs COVID vs Vaccine?
There is some speculation that ADT, Lupron in my case, may provide some protection against COVID 19 because absence of testosterone may not allow certain proteins to form. Does this mean that it might also resist a vaccine and make it ineffective? I just had my first Pfizer dose and I'm only on Lupron

Is this as good as it's going to get? I'm new to this forum and infact it's the first time I've dipped my big toe into such waters.
I woke this morning feeling particuraly horrible which is now the new norm but today I wasn't able to endure another day of just getting through it, so I thought I'd share a bit of me for some of you empathic folk out there. My story begins about 7 years ago when I took myself to the GP feeling extremely

Newer Review Article on Testosterone Replacement and BAT out of China
At the risk of throwing yet more "gasoline on the fire" if this discussion topic, I think it is important for those interested to review what we know (and do not know) as of now. This is a most recent review of the topic out of China. (Not the only nor even the best review article. But a good review

Doctor won't help me understand my results... Google is confusing!
Hi all! I am new here. Apologies for the long post! I have had bloods done on Day 3 of my cycle. My GP was reluctant to even do them in the first place, but now telling me that everything is fine without wanting to discuss what they actually mean... I've also had an ultrasound over 3 weeks ago and just

hormone therapy and strength training
I am 67 years old, I have metastatic prostate cancer. I've had chemo (6x docetaxel) and hormone therapy, for life. The chemo was not that bad , but my general physical condition, strength and endurance were seriously deteriorated. Where I used to regularly run 10-20 km, I could still jog for 1 hour at

My Intermittent Bicalutamide mono therapy
Following PSA recurrence in late 2014 I've been treated by bicalutamide 50 mg. In Sept 2020 we decided to give a break and stopped all medication (bicalutamide and tamoxifen). At that time my PSA was 0.02 and testosterone only 58. Note that tamoxifen is causing my T level to go down. Anyway, I am
