Hair regrowth
On Zytiga and Lupron 15 months. Almost total loss of body hair. In last few weeks, hair has started to regrow on arms and legs. Testosterone still depressed. Is there any clinical significance? Probably stupid question.

My anxiety is getting to me!
So since my last post a couple of week ago I thought things were getting a bit better. My meds and therapy were getting on top of my anxiety and I thought the bisoprolol was keeping my heart in check whilst waiting for my CT Angiogram( 29th). I'd been discharged by my Private Cardio following a normal

Urgent help please: Getting an NHS GP to agree to blood tests for a private endocrinologist
Hello, I have a GP appointment in about an hour and it's to discuss having a blood test that has been ordered by a private endocrinologist. The person who recommended the private endo to me told me to try to get as many of the tests done on the NHS as possible. I'm not sure how to approach this with

Worrying test results & a rant
I’m about to start IVF and just has my day 3 tests repeated - came back as through the roof AMH (115 pmol) and high estradiol (397). My latest ultra sound also showed signs of polycycstic ovaries (>40 AFC) I was told in January my AMH was low at 6 and my AFC was 14… my AFC then came up as 40 on a test

should I stop Zytiga early?
hello, i’m new here and encouraged by all the experience and caring nature of the conversations. Would love if anyone has wisdom around a decision to stop Zytiga early? I am 56 and was diagnosed 2/21 with Gleason 9 no lymph nodes invasion, but some vesicle invasion and perhaps a little outside margins

Question for PCa patients using Estradiol transdermal patch for bone protection and SEs
As I noted in an earlier now deleted post, I've been using the lowest dose E2 patch and saw an unexpected reduction in my glucose level from a recent blood test. What I am trying to ask are there any PCa patients using E2 transdermally in the group who have seen their usually elevated above range glucose

degeralix vs lupron
Hello, Any thoughts on which ADT treatment is better? My husband received his first injection with Degeralix today to prevent the testosterone flare and next month the doctor is planning on a 3 month Lupron injection. From what I’ve been reading, it seems that the Degeralix may be better than Lupron

Private endo strongly suspects I have PCOS
Hello, I have Hashimoto's and hypothyroidism and am on 162.5 mcg levo and 25 mcg T3. I'm slightly over medicated and trying to lower my dose gradually. Hi all! First time posting here but I have been lurking the last month or so and thanks so much to all of you who take the time to contribute. It has helped me ramp up the learning curve so quickly and the comradery and support here are powerful. My story: 63 year old reasonably healthy male. PSA

pBAT update after two cycles.
I started BAT using testosterone propianate which requires injections every other day during high T cycle. The beauty of that is fast clearing and slamming the jail cell shut on the beast with darolutamide. My recent PSA came in as 0,05 which is almost at end on my 2nd darolutamide cycle. My Numbers

ADT for a year?
Had intermediate grade PC no spread, had SBRT. Three months out my Psa is .03. Am on Lupron for the fourth month out of a projected 12 month stint. Do docs ever say, six or nine months is enough? Testosterone at 6 right now.

After BCR and PSA Return: An Update on My Treatment Path

I thought it was high time to share how things have been going for me, especially considering the somewhat controversial path I decided to take in early 2022 following Biochemical Recurrence (BCR) and the early
