How to get fully well?
Hello, I’m male 28 years old. 2 years ago I was hypothyroid and 50 mcg Euthyrox made me feel fantastic on daily basis, but I felt unstable, messed up with doses and ended up overdosed by T4. Now I supplement thyroid hormone for the past 3 months. My symptoms – classic hypothyroid symptoms – gradually

Periods changed from ridiculously heavy to practically nothing... should I be worried?
I am 100% not complaining about this but... I have always had ridiculously heavy periods (wearing 2 night time pads and having to change them every hour), also lasting a minimum of 12 days. I have been on Letrozle for months (TTC) and it has actually worked for the 1st time this month (I have come on

Hello all. I had a partial hysterectomy 19 years ago and a BSO almost 4 years ago. I have been on 1 mg estradiol per day since. I have found that my hot flashes, mood swings and fatigue/joint pain have indeed been (somewhat) helped by the HRT. Lately though, I have found that I occasionally miss a dose

I'm feeling the estradiol side effects... not much fun
I don't like to complain but I am not feeling very well and perhaps this might help... I have started estradiol last week, on a low dose, in preparation for FET, and in addition to having nausea and headache this morning I am also now feeling dizzy and lightheaded. This happened last time as well, various

In a couple of weeks I will be 63. My last ob/gyn told me she will no longer see me, that she was no longer taking my insurance. I could not find another ob/gyn for hrt replacement, so found an endocrinologist that said he would do them. I could not see him this week, but his NP instead. 43 years

Hi Everyone, I'm taking Progynova in preparation for a Frozen Embryo Transfer cycle this month and I'm not feeling massively good. I was wondering has anyone suffered from any side effects while on Progynova or Oestradiol pills? Thanks! Clara

Estrogens and prostate cancer.
New review below. Details are in the full text (not free). "Estrogens represent a under-recognized contributor in CaP development and progression." This was blindingly evident at least 15 years ago. Now & then someone says so, but it never makes any difference. & doctors seem quite content to have

First level completed. Hurray! What next?
Hi all, first of all, many thanks for all of you for supporting me through my diagnosis of infertility, which happened quite in a "crude" way (an ectopic pregnancy that doomed my right tube and the contemporary discovery of a left hydrosalpinx) at the end of May this year. After several (useless) appointments

Transdermal Estradiol (tE2) update # 2
Just a quick update on my tE2 gel progress (sample taken on 8/3/2018, 6 weeks after previous test). PSA has gone down from 0.49 to 0.19, T down from 349 to 106, and E2 up from 31 to 123. I am applying the gel about 12 hours apart which should be delivering approximately 2.5 mg of E2/day. I am also taking

Anyone else suffer with continuous menstrual bleeding? How do you stop it?!
Hey, I’m absolutely at my wits end and not sure what to do going forward. In May I had excision surgery with one of the best specialists in the UK to excisise my stage 4 endo and unattached all my organs and out my bladder and bowel back where they belong! I was lucky enough to not need a bowel resection
