Any tips for keeping track of the meds

So I was going to start Norethisterone this morning and completely forgot about it and remembered when I got to work which is 1,5h away from my home. I called the nurses and they told me I need to take it asap so I’m on my way home! During my last cycle I couldn’t remember if I took pessary or not. I’m usually very organised - at least at work - but I realised now that I can’t trust myself. My hubby said he would prepare a calendar for me with the meds plan for each day. This might be a good idea as this time I have 12 drugs on prescription. Any tips on how you keep track of the meds and how to remember about everything?

You should just put it all on your phone in your calendar you can even set little alarms or little text pop up messages to remind you 😁

Good luck with your cycle xx

Thanks jm22, I have just set up a reminder for norethisterone in my phone. I have put 1 slip in my work bag and the rest on my bedside table. 😃 xx

Good luck with your cycle ☺xo

I layed them out for the next day on a tray - just the ones I needed for the day - after I took my jabs in the evening if that makes sense.

But generally I don't know how I kept track!

Pessaries I just left all the boxes in the loo so I kept seeing them!

Your OH's calendar sounds like a good plan.

I like the idea about preparing all meds for next day, will definitely do that. I have a lot of meds this time comparing to my previous cycle so need to make sure I know what I’m doing 😁 xxx

Yes I just brought a tray from the kitchen and separated out the daily meds for next day.

That way I knew if it was missing - I had taken it!

Not a very sophisticated way but....worked for us!

Hope the treatment going ok for you so far.

I have alarms on my phone for everything. I always check I have at least one set of pessaries and tablets in my bag before I leave the house (and usually make sure I have the week’s worth in there on a Monday morning).

I’m away for a long weekend in Copenhagen next week so am nervous I’ll forget something as I’ll be totally out of my routine.

I have definitely learned a lesson today. Will think everyday what I need to prepare for next day. I’m also going to Copenhagen next week, but only on a business trip. Enjoy it xx

I use alarms on my phone but I also have a pill box for each day of the week so that way can’t forget if I have taken any x
