I have pcos and trying for baby. I was on latrozole 2.5mg from day 2-6. And was on estradiol 2mg for 2times per day from day 9-15.

3 Follicle size on day 13 was 18.9*14,14*12 and 12*9 and endometrial thickness was 8.1mm.

But on day 20 endometrial thickness decrease to 4.8mm.

Why my endometrial thickness decrease on day 20? Does et decrease after ovulation?? Have anyone experienced this? Please help. I m so worried. 😔

Endometrial thickness decreases a bit after ovulation as progesterone causes compaction of the endometrium. I don't have a good idea to exactly what degree (ie whether yours would be considered within normal limits) - this would be better directed toward your medial specialist/clinic who are monitoring you. xx
