Forgot estradiol 48 hrs

Sounds dumb but I didn't order more estradiol after my bottle ran out. I did just get a new bottle and started up again but it was 48 hrs between doses. I am waiting to hear from the clinic but am really worried! Anyone know how long is safe to go between doses? I am 6 weeks pregnant.

They said not to worry. I wish I would have asked them to explain why, but it was my favorite nurse that I talked to at least. The RE said to take an extra pill in the morning, then continue with my doses as usual, that of one pill in the afternoon and another in the evening. I wish I could have an ultrasound right now to confirm that everything is good!
