Food vs supplements
My oncologist agrees with Green tea and turmeric being beneficial for CLL but she prefers using turmeric powder in food and drinking green tea as opposed to supplements that may not have contents regulated and also contain questionable fillers etc. I had purchased 1 bottle of DECAFFEINATED green tea

Tumeric
Holland and Barrett have a half price deal on Tumeric supplements. I thought it might interest some of the advocates on here. ( Taken to reduce inflammation).

Hi, after pushing my GP last week, they are still "very deaf" to my thyroid/antibodies and the saliva cortisol test - see below; NHS 9am serum cortisol was 309 in 2017 (compared to 376 in 2015 by Blue Horizons!). Today's research. Tea anyone?
I posted this in the Ataxia UK forum because of the links to SCA that I found, but I was asked to repost here so . . . no prob :D In terms of relevance to Parkinson's I will just say that alpha-syn is a "misfolded protein" so there may be a commonality. - - I began this morning by reading this paper
