Holiday anxiety
Hi I don’t know whether anyone else here has experienced this. I’m on a lively holiday in sunny Greece, everything should be wonderful, so why is it I’m so anxious ? Yesterday I had a real panic attack, palpitations, crying, the works. I’ve had these before but never on my hols. I’ve felt homesick for

Feeling disoriented for no apparent reason.
Has anyone ever felt disoriented for no apparent reason? This has happened to me more frequently it seems like after I became pregnant. I was having a good day today with very little anxiety and out of nowhere the disoriented feeling struck me. When this happens it makes me panicky and question why I'm

A post I’ve been hesitant to write.... but here goes.
Here lately I’ve really been evaluating my quality of life and realize I am not at all living to the degree I want. In fact, I am far from it. Even tho I’ve been proud of being med free for 2 years (the fog from trying so many medications just made it worse than the disease) I haven’t at all been happy

New to community - Q about essential oils
Has anyone had any success with using essential oils? I have mild RLS but it affects my sleep most nights and I disturb my partner. I’m looking for natural remedies. Compression stockings worked for a long time but I find they’re not helping lately. I take sertraline (Zoloft) for anxiety and depression

General medicine has huge gaps
Sad that not one of these docs look for natural remedies for you. Get a good natural path and soon you’ll throw these guys out. There are lots of herbs and essential oil‘s that will help you. They areTaking you down the road it is hard to get back out.

ET and Fatigue
I was diagnosed about six years ago with
Essential
Thrombocythaemia
(ET) and was pretty much patted on the head, handed aspirin and told to come back every 6 months.

Glans scars, are they always permanent?
I have two marks/scars on my penis glans/head from applying apple cider vinegar to spots I thought where problems but the dermatologist says they are normal. The vinegar caused a couple of slight marks/scars. One is has a slight border/outline around it and is what the dermatologist says is hypopigmentation

Never ending insomnia please help!
I have been struggling with falling asleep, staying asleep, and overall quality of sleep for years. I can’t seem to find a medication or supplement that works well for me. I have tried melatonin (nightmares), valerian root (too many giant bad smelling capsules to take in order for it to work), magnesium

Rash and creepy crawling
I have been struggling with the sensation of bugs crawling on my face and head. It feels like electric shock and white beads fly out. Drs say I'm crazy but after two years using essential oils for my skin eating raw garlic and using onion in my skin has actually made it come out. Onion for the skin

Does the Vitality anxiety jewelry work?
I had an ad pop up on this jewelry called vitality which specializes in jewelry that eased anxiety. Some was stones which Had calming powers and others were beads that absorbed essential oils. It sounds perfect to me. A discrete way to cope with anxiety? But I’m also wondering if it’s a scam. Has anyone
