Feeling disoriented for no apparent reason.

Has anyone ever felt disoriented for no apparent reason? This has happened to me more frequently it seems like after I became pregnant. I was having a good day today with very little anxiety and out of nowhere the disoriented feeling struck me. When this happens it makes me panicky and question why I'm feeling this way.

I really truly hope that I don't have to suffer like this the rest of my pregnancy. I'm currently using some young living essential oils to help with this. Sometimes it's hit and miss while using them. Does anyone else have anything or methods that seem to help with this problem? Thanks in advance!

I'm not really sure what you mean by disoriented? I definitely have had moments where my vision becomes blurry and I feel like I'm having an out of body experience. It usually happens when there is too much stimuli around me. It just feels like a lot of noise in my head.

Normally I have to distract myself, go to a quiet location, and/or drink water. I'm not really sure if it's anxiety or ADHD that causes it though. I hope you get some more answers though! Good luck

Maybe look into some DBT techniques for mindfulness..they can help ground you and get your mind back to the present moment

It's not sadness, its depression! Please see someone, it sounds like you need some therapy, someone to talk to..not judging but sadness comes and goes, sounds like something deeper? Just a suggestion, good luck and hope you feel better soon. All the best to everyone.
