short term memory
hello everyone!!! Hope everyone is well Has anyone here experienced some memory issues while on ibruvica and venetoclax treatments Unfortunately my mother can only handle 100mg of venetoclax a day for a couple months now and I see she’s forgetting more easily or she seems a little off I had taken

update on sore Nipple!
so did go to see the Dr who agreed my breasts were quite tricky to diagnose due to the amount of scar tissue from previous mammoplasty - initially felt the tenderness was maybe due to simple fibroadinoma but wasn’t certain - so I was fast tracked to Derriford and my appointment is this afternoon. Interestingly

Overwhelmed Again!!
I have been overwhelmed lately. I stopped all of my meds for depression and anxiety, which is making my daily life difficult. I know I should be on medication, but I have never found the right combination to help me thrive in life. I have lost the trust in my doctors to help me feel better. Work has

Flare after short synacthen test
and I managed to get a nice receptionist and a helpful duty GP, who booked me an urgent blood
test
to check
ESR
/CRP and gave me a prescription for 10mg a day but 'reducing quickly'. Blood test has come back as normal, it was only very slightly elevated on initial diagnosis too.

What to expect after stopping bisoprolol?
Hello. After a meet up with cardiologist, I was advised to stop the bisoprolol 1,25mg which I take daily. The reason I did a meet up is my daily anxiety, bradycardia (40s in rest) and dizziness. I need to continue with propafenone (anti arrhythmic) and currently waiting for an ablation date. My blood

What can cause permanent tinnitus?
I have been suffering from tinnitus for nearly 2 months now due to using cotton buds and bobby pins, which damaged my ears and gave me tinnitus. The assault to my ears caused me to get an outer ear infection along with tinnitus. The ear infection has healed, but the tinnitus has not. The process of healing

Antibiotics and Increasing B12
Hi. I just got over a long bout with covid and am now on antibiotics (ceftin) for an ear infection (caused by covid). I've noticed since I began ceftin (8 days ago) that I'm experiencing fingers and toes tingling. Do you know if antibiotics can cause b12 depletion? I take daily 3000 mgs sublingually

Cardiovascular issues
Anybody out there with extra-cranial GCA / LVV, have any cardiovascular issues? I was having some shortness of breath, sleepiness & lightheadedness. I'm in the middle of testing for that, but a CAT scan showed I have a dilated aortic root and pericardial effusion. Those explained my symptoms, but neither

Vestibular Neuritis
Hi everyone, I woke up on New Year's Day with the room spinning around me. Very scary! Diagnosed as vestibular neuritis. My question is, I usually self inject weekly which I have continued to do. I don't know if I'm imagining it but the vertigo symptoms seem to greatly improve for a couple of days

Advice on back pain & pred dosing...
I also get hip pain so going to ask my gp for blood tests to
test
esr
and crp levels and maybe request a mri for my back. My last dexa scan was great but obviously things have changed since then so will ask for that too. Would just like advice really.
