If you are using PSA to monitor your cancer, you may want to avoid curcumin (and some other supplements)
Curcumin is labeled as a Pan-Assay Interference Compound (PAINS) that interferes with the validity of PSA tests. Patients should be wary of taking it and other supplements including genistein (a soy isoflavone), EGCG (green tea), resveratrol (grapes), capsaicin (chili peppers), saw palmetto, pygeum

Zita West or other clinic recommendations
Hi ladies, hope everyone’s well. Sorry for the long post - I’m having a bit of a down few days (the joys of AF arriving yet again!). We are due to try IUI next month after three failed IVFs. Right now, the thought of it makes me feel hopeless and I really can’t face it. I’m at the stage of thinking about

Goals goals goals
This is something that “YOU” without any shadow of a doubt want to consider. Our initial goal is achieved. Which Disease Modifying Therapy (DMT) That is the huge one and it is out of the way for now. Of course if after a month or more, “YOU” are still having terrible reactions then onto your second DMT

Ezetimibe
Does anyone on here take zetia or ezetimibe for cholesterol? I cannot tolerate the pain that statins cause and my cholesterol has gone up since I have been off Lipitor.

Do you see the possibilities around "YOU"?
Do "YOU" see all the possibilities around "YOU? Seriously do "YOU"? Long long ago, Okay twenty years ago, when I first started my Relapsing Remitting ms(RRms) journey. What RRms requires of you.
What RRms requires of you. It is a little different for all of us. It is an individual request, but so is life. What works for me may not work for "YOU" The images I try to paint in words may just totally bamboozle you. Or they may appear as clear as day and make perfect sense. They may be

Zita west and argc
My mum is sort of persuading us to give it one more go with my own eggs at one of the top clinics. In my head that would be Zita west or argc. I know we can’t talk clinics publicly so I’d be grateful if people could private message me if they have had success at either of these after multiple fails elsewhere

Antioxidant supplement ivf
Hi all, just wondering if anyone took an antioxidant supplement during ivf. I’m taking a prenatal vitamin (which has the recommended folic acid and vitamin d advised by my clinic) but this has also been suggested by a friend. From what I can tell antioxidant supplements have the same level of selenium

How Many People Here Are Overweight & Did Your High Blood Pressure Begin In Just Months?
Hi, I want to know how many people on here with high blood pressure are overweight and did any of you start to get high blood pressure just in months when you never had it before? I had always been thin eating tons of fattening foods and doing no exercise at all until at age 34 I had to go on a diet

Beta-Sitosterol
I came across this regarding beta-sitosterol, but nothing further regarding PCa potential benefits. Curious why there's not more on this, if anyone knows. http://cancerres.aacrjournals.org/content/67/9_Supplement/1650 Jeff

2nd miscarriage in 10 months
Hi, I miscarried at 11 weeks in February although I think in reality the baby died a few weeks before. I grieved and recovered as well as you can. The loss is still painful but I’d accepted it. I panicked about conceiving again especially as rates of recurrent miscarriage and conception seemed linked
