I Would Appreciate Some Advice Please?
I already use Foligain shampoo/conditioner and am finding new little hairs growing back, only fine ones but they are there. Today I was reading the reviews for these supplements and they were all practically 5*. Looking at the ingredients they do contain iodine which I know we hypo’s aren’t supposed

Zita West supplements
My first round of ivf failed in February (started with16 eggs, 12 mature, day3 8 were doing well, day 5 transfer and only one made it, and sadly with no frozens. Before my next round I’ve started taking Zita West supplements. Has anyone seen an increase in the quality of their eggs by taking supplements

Alcohol intolerance. Is alcohol dehydrogenase causing our continued issues even after b12 injections?
I posted previously in regards to having issues with being able to drink any amount of alcohol without feeling like I got run over by a truck. Several others posted they also have this issue. I've been doing some research and alcohol dehydrogenase seems to pop up in several of the articles. https
