Colonoscopy and endoscopy.
Today I had both my colonoscopy and
endoscopy
, and I must say that having them was a lot less harrowing than I thought it would be. My appointment I was 8.30 am and I was home by 11 o’clock.

This happened literally the day after giving birth and I am now 1 year PP I have had bloods/
endoscopy

Asthma and Beta Blockers
I am currently compensated as my last
endoscopy
but have been decompensated in the past (varises). I have read that the selective beta blockers may be useful but inferior to non selective. I would be very grateful if any body could share there experience or point me in the right direction.

Thrombocytosis…..ET? UPDATE
Other tests I’ve had done are an
Endoscopy
and a Colonoscopy, both of which have come back clear. I asked for Iron studies to be done as my Specialist forgot to do them (?!!), I had low Ferritin but not Anemia.

Diagnosed with ARLD cirrhosis decompensated July 2022. Any helpful tips or advice would be greatly appreciated
Hospitalised twice for 6 days ultra sound,
endoscopy
, sigmoidoscopy completed. Abstinent from alcohol for well over 6 months. put on dueretics which helped with ascities initially but seems to be building again. Adjustments have been made a number of time with dueretics.

Low Hemoglobin
I am doing a colonoscopy and an
endoscopy
early January to check any blood loss ... the doctor is prescribing this, so to rule out any other problem. Is this normal to have this side effect? Thanks in advance, Take care everybody, Paulo

Very low iron at same time as previously controlled rheumatoid arthritis is now very much out of control.
I've had both
endoscopy
and colonoscopy which have not found a possible cause for the anemia but both my GP and rheumatology consultant seem unsure if the uncontrolled RA is a factor.

Advice pleaae
I’ve suffered with IBS for along time, several years ago I developed acid reflux, had an
Endoscopy
which confirmed some scarring, given medication which in most has helped. Fast forward 8/9 weeks ago I developed a barking cough for about 16/18 days.

Blood In Stool Relief
(Try that if the doctors aren’t taking you serious) anyway I was scheduled for an
endoscopy
on Halloween and a colonoscopy on the 28th of November. The
endoscopy
came back clear besides gastritis, which I knew I had and took meds for already.

Dumbfounded with Cirrhosis Diagnosis
NO OTHER SYMPTOM at all NOTHING, Had my
endoscopy
07/12/22, totally clear NOTHING no varices at all. ALL Bloods perfect, Since diagnosis I've had no drink at all for 11 weeks and not a drop. Eating like an athlete, sleeping like a baby, looking and feeling fantastic.

Some Blood Results are in...? Hmmm,,...?
But colonscopy x 1 and
Endoscopy
x 2 in 2021 / 22 - showed only area 3" x 2" of stomach lining atrophy in my stomach. Does blood come from this atrophy issue? I dunno. But blood coming from somewhere.

Worried I have ulcerative colitis or something else.
I've got an
endoscopy
booked in for next week on Thursday, worried is an understatement! I was just wondering if anybody could shed some light on any of my symptoms. Any advice or comments would be really appreciated. Thank you.
