Next round with Clexane
Hello my lovely people, I have taken a break here for a few months when waiting for my hysteroscopy result of RIF. I am still reading your posts but have not been active at all. I’m resetting my mind and my body to be back in January for our 3rd round with the NHS. I really wanted to do another egg

I read a post like this about 10 months ago and it gave me the kick up the bum I needed to change clinics and has lead to our first IVF BFP after 6 full rounds. So this is me attempting to maybe pay it forward. When you are faced by failure, round after round it can literally be soul destroying. After

Mild Heart decease
Hi All By chance I have found out I have mild Heart decease , 65 calcium score , but my cardiologist says the blockage in my LAD is too small to give a percentage, therefore is a calcium score not necessarily related to the blockage amount, I have not had a heart attack , passed all the running test

Starting Besremi Next Week
Hi all, Thank you for all the posts of your journey with PV as they are really helpful for me. I was diagnosed with PV June 2022. My HCT and platelets have been high for at least 6 years, and confirmation of PV was done with the JAK2 gene testing positive (thankful for the doctor at an ER testing

Platelet's creeping up
Latest CBC Hematocrit 44.7 Platelet 703 Hgb 12.8 WBC 12.4 RBC 5.90 First time I have been in the 700 range for Platelet's. Entered 600 range February of this year. Should I be concerned about the platelet's? Am 76 just on phlebotomy and aspirin. No physical symptoms.

dizzy, ET , aspirin and Peg interferon
Every so often I get bouts of dizziness. Often associated with nasal congestion so. I think it could be ear related. I am on Aspirin and pegasys. I have MPL ET. Could it be ET related ?? Any ideas.

Relief for Liver?
Have ET / JAK which treatment has been interrupted due to very high (4x) liver enzyme values. I have been on 2 mg anagrelide per day for several months with cautious results lowering platelets to 800,000. That caution allowed liver and kidneys to calm down from high values after 2 months on hydroxyurea

PAD after Pmr
Hi, I just wanted to share what's going on as I've been so worried and upset. I know I've no right to be, I'm fine compared with many of you, but...So I've nearly come to the end of my Pmr...although I don't like saying it in case I jinx it and it flares! I'm on .0.5 pred, and feel fine apart from being

stopping blood thinners for medical procedure
I’m expecting to have a steroid facet joint injection for super painful sciatica caused by bulging disc. To do this, I have to stop blood thinners a week before the procedure so that I don’t bleed into the joints. No problem stopping Ticagrelor, though I’m getting conflicting messages from different

Bleeding gums and aspirin (after scale and polish)
On Thursday I had a scale and polish, and have since found one particular part of my gums bleeding continiously. I have been partly assured by finding evidence on another health forum that this is fairly normal with a deep clean. However, I'm concerned that with aspirin it's might be an issue. Basically

AF and now coronary artery disease at 47. I recently had a CT angiogram and the results aren’t great. Back to being scared and worried.
So I first came on this forum with my Afib diagnosis and was terrified and depressed about the diagnosis and medications. I had good news from my echocardiogram as I had no damage at all. The last hurdle was a CT angiogram sadly I’ve not made it so well past this hurdle. I’m absolutely gutted to be honest

Possibly not an ET symptom but thought I would ask :)
Hi everyone, I thought this place would be a good place to ask as it's a wealth of knowledge 😊 and it might be ET related or not. I have never experienced this before. Yesterday evening at home most of my toes on my left foot suddenly felt very itchy and red and a bit swollen. They are also tender at
