Anyone experience lung side effects?
My latest CT narrative included the following comment: “Images obtained on lung windows reveal scattered apical predominant
emphysema
and numerous persistent airway centered discrete/punctate densities in the lower lobes and to a lesser extent in the lingula, some of which are calcified.”

COPD - ANYONE HAVE HELP WITH WASHING/DRESSING ETC
I was diagnosed with
Emphysema
back in 2018 and then in 2019 with COPD. Supposed to have had a yearly review but because of Covid this didn't happen until last month. The COPD has progressed somewhat. Now on 2 Inhalers and Steroids.

Thanks to you all
Just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who replied to my previous post about my partner being diagnosed with
emphysema
. I spoke to a wonderful specialist nurse called Liz over the phone yesterday who reaffirmed a lot of what had been said.

COPD and RLS
I have
emphysema
and have tried many inhalers and every one of them aggravated the restless legs. I am on Ropinirole, but still and all it got impossible for me to take. Are there any inhalers for COPD that would not aggravate the legs.

I have severe but non obstructive
emphysema
' I had a full spirometry earlier this year and my fev1 was 108% my fev1&2 ratio was 60% but my dclo(gas exchange) is at 34% I am told that i simply do not have enough lung surface area left to improve my oxygen exchange.

Oesophageal Cancer
I also have
Emphysema
, so thought it was that. The Dr gave me numerous rounds of antibiotics, to no avail. Then I developed a DVT in my left leg and was taken to Hospital. They gave me Rivaroxaban (blood thinner) and that got rid of the DVT.

Great News and a question
He viewed my lung CT scan over and over and said my lungs look great, no
emphysema
or lung disease. He thinks my shortness of breath may come from exposure to air pollution, second hand smoke (I never smoked) etc. over the years.

Centrilobular emphysema - help with interpreting CT scan please
My CT scan was for a nodule that they were keeping an eye on (which seems benign) but this time
emphysema
was found. The following is taken from my report: There is trivial upper lobe predominant paraseptal and centrilobular
