Emphysema
I have been reading many articles that food grade Hydrogen Peroxide can heal Copd, especially when it is broken down with distiller water and flushed into your system with a syringe.

Diagnosed with COPD
The Dr however told me I'm in the beginning stage of COPD and that the newest findings are that if you remove the smoking or whatever caused the
emphysema
the lungs will age more or less the same as anybody else's but the damage already done obviously cannot be repaired.

Emphysema
Having read the previous post and the replies on
Emphysema
a lot of emphasis seems to be on eating well. I would be grateful of some advice and tips on a daily diet as I have tried lots of different things but still get stomach problems.

Things go from bad to worse
So I got over all that news only to be told a few months after I have heart failure, LVD to be precise...Left ventricular dysfunction....haha no wonder I feel so tired all the time and here was me blaming the fibro, the
emphysema
and the atheroscloris, when the extra culprit is actually heart failure

Must Fight Naps
I have COPD
Emphysema
. I take Spiriva, Symbicort, Mucinex & I nebulize with albuterol inhalation solution on a daily basis just to get out of bed & move around. As the disease progresses I get tired. Not just tired but down right sleepy.

Blindsided and Left Hanging…Now What?
You have a nodule in your lung and
emphysema
. That's it…she said she would call back later to tell us more. So now we both worried for the rest of the day and not understanding any of it. How can this happen so fast without even realizing it?

New here!
My name is Sheila, i have
emphysema
and bronchiectasis, although the main question is low oxy level readings, any feed back would be greatly appreciated!! Just happened to come across this site for the 1st time the other day and was amazed how good it seems to be.

The Planning Begins...
Mike and I have been learning a little more about
Emphysema
and he has decided we need to move. We live in the mountains of TN and we are 3500 feet above sea level. He has more trouble here in TN then when we were in Florida a few weeks back clearing out a house.

Smoked since birth!
At 58 I now have
emphysema
(albeit mild currently) and wonder about it all. No point in crying over spilled milk for me but it makes me shudder to realise that my smoking may have harmed my son ( I too smoked in the house until he was 9 - he's 27 now).
