Can anyone share experience with detraining?
I've just been diagnosed with AF (aged 60), no underlying health conditions but many years of long distance cycling as my normal way of getting around. I had a 3 day episode in November and got sent to A&E who referred me for 24 hour ECG (in January) and arrhythmia clinic (end of March). I had a 14 day

Build up of anxiety
I'm quite anxious at the moment. It started by playing a computer game, which I rarely do nowadays. I got into it for a week straight where I let some of my responsibilities slip and my sleep moved forward a few hours, this made it tough to get to the things I normally schedule and I had to cancel/rearrange

Chest pain/heart attack and anxiety
Hi, I’m 20 year old man. I’ve suffered with anxiety a while but like don’t want to blow this off to it but it could be. So I had this sudden crushing chest pain 2 days ago, went into instant panic attack. Sat down with my mum and could talk and walk around but was fearing I was having a heart attack.

Post-ablation chesty cough
Had bit of a chesty/asthmatic cough since cryoablation just over a week ago. Have been awaiting improvement, but none yet. Anaesthetist said beforehand that a few get pneumonia due to Trans Oesophageal ECG thingy. I'm a bit prone to pneumonia, and serious infections kicked off AF bigtime in the past

I was leaving my Local gym about 12 years ago when I became a little dizzy while driving the 15mins to my home.I went to see my Dr who did an ECG Test and said I was as fit as a robber‘s dog, then he said to be on the safe side I will refer you to the local hospital which I duly attended and after

Propranolol
I had a Fast AF episode back in October and no cause was found. I think I was dehydrated. The hospital put me on 2.5mg of Bisoprolol but I couldn't tolerate it so it was reduced to 1.25. I had a 24hr ECG and as it came back normal, I was discharged from cardiology before I was even seen. I've since

Health anxiety at an all time high!
I for last year and a bit of had short bouts of shortness of breath, I went to my gp last year and they did an ecg, and referred me to a cardiologist for further tests - blood tests, ecg, echo and holter tests later and I have some benign arrhythmias. However my shortness of breath keeps coming back.

BACK INTO SINUS RHYTHM WITH A METRONOME
I have had paroximal atrial fibrillation for seven years, probably once a month, with HR around 150 for many hours. Over the years I have experimented all possible methods for stopping AF, including electrical tragus stimulation, slow breathing, alternate nostril breathing, swallowing big mouthfuls

Help needed interpreting an ECG
I obtained the following Kardia ECG showing "Unclassified- AF not detected" with a rate of 130bpm. Shortly after the rate fell to 90 bpm with "Possible AF." Does anyone know what the ECG shows. I've sent it to Kardia for analysis but this will take some time.

Hi, so this is a bit of an embarrassing one and I've been egging myself on to ask others.
