Attending my 2nd Cardiac Rehab session tomorrow (boy that came around quick) after which I have to drive down the road to see the cardiac nurse, I have an ECG booked first followed by the appointment to hopefully be discharged.

I am feeling good but obviously have no idea what the ECG will show so fingers crossed!!

Best of luck & let us all know how you get on .

Crossed everything for you, which is a bit uncomfortable, so hurry up and get those results, always the best of luck.

Great to hear you must be so pleased, any plan on their part to get that heart rate down?

It does make you feel a lot better to be told that everything appears okay. I am also glad I had the opportunity to do it in person not just virtually as I felt it was more thorough. Not aching so much today either after the rehab session.

I was told that I would be able to catch up on the missed sessions when I got back, it obviously is quite flexible as 2 more members joined us yesterday.
