Angry following letter to GP from a consultant.
The letter continues: “ I think therefore that we are not going to be able to offer him suitable investigation and my wisest way forwards for him would be to presume he does have coronary disease in view of the
echocardiogram
and ECG findings and treat him accordingly with primary prevention medications

Today's the day Or is it?
Consultant doesn't want to cancel ablation again (4th time)as can see my unstable INR causing this problem again and again so as elected to do a Transesophageal
Echocardiogram
this morning to see if there are any clots forming and if not and my INR improves they may go ahead with the ablation.

low ejection fraction at 27
hi all a few years ago dr’s noticed ectopic beats at a routing check up and this has always been fine and nothing to worry about, around 10 months ago after a 24 hour monitor I was told I was getting around 30,000 per day which concerned my cardiologist but my
echocardiogram
showed my heart was functioning

My Appointment Update for LBBB
I am now scheduled for an
Echocardiogram
on Tuesday. I have some fluid on the lungs which could be caused by a heart valve problem, and this is what is causing my extreme breathlessness. Then got a follow up with him later.

First Echo Since HF Diagnosis
[i]"Mr Heed recently had his planned follow up
Echocardiogram
. I am pleased to say that left ventricular remains only mildly impaired with an ejection fraction of 45-50%. This is a small improvement on last year's scan (38%).

Echocardiogram result
I've just had the result of my
echocardiogram
(I have PAF). It doesn't sound too bad: the valves are ok, apart from some mitral valve regurgitation which was described as "insignificant". The aorta is ok.

So what do I do now?
Just finished a couple of days with an eHolter and have an
echocardiogram
coming up. He is trying to find an oncologist as well. Part of the problem is the University of Rochester Medical Center itself.

Downgrading - a post code phenomena?
Nothing unusual seen on ECG (except Bradycardia and ectopic beats) or
echocardiogram
, cardiologist recommended Doppler on Carotids but this could only be 'ordered' by the stroke team.

Should I ask for a echocardiogram?
I'm just worried if my trops come back ok, along with my chest x-ray, they will send me home and wondered if I should ask for an
echocardiogram
as I'm worried if my stent is failing? Sorry for the long post, I'm really worried today Thanks, Lily
