Chest pain for 3 years

In 2016 I had two stents Lad and RCA I felt ok for 3 years than started getting chest pains again dull pains and sometimes sharp pains doctors put it down to hiatus hernia.In may this year when I was biking home from work I had a sharp pain top of my chest sweating and fuzzy headed was biking with my work mate I could not even remember this name and worked with him for seven years. When I got home I phoned 111 and they told me to go to hospital. They told me it was possible angina attack and also a viral infection not covid. The A+E doctor gave me a letter to give to my doctor to tell them to make a referral to cardiologist. Which I have now seen says possible angina and testing me for Valvular disease. She listened to my heart heard grade 2/ 6 systolic murmur. They also put me back on Amlodipine 5 mg I am ok with tablets but lower legs swell up. I am waiting for a Echocardiogram and a CT coronary angiogram appointments. Just to let you know my last post my blood pressure went back to normal after a

Last night I read a report on my airmid app when I had my stents in . I have 3 vessel disease not 2 vessel as doctors say. He report says I have a mild disease in my LAD Circumflex branch that was in 2016. Thanks
