Surgery was hugely succesful, thank the Lord! šš
Going into surgery with stage 4 clear cell cancer a week ago, I was advised they will take out all cancer they can see & will have a better understanding of spreading & the way forward.Woke up to better than that! They got it all out, easily & cleanly, full radical hysterectomy and appendix. Signs they

Help please
I had endo surgery in 2016 after 10 years of pushing for a diagnosis. I was found to have extensive scaring at the front (across section scar) and endo going into my bowel. I've had urinary symptoms for years, although they've never looked into this. I was told I had DIE.After surgery I fell pregnant

advice please!
I was wondering if anyone have any advice/ experience they can share with me please. After years of suffering, I finally had an ultrasound in September on the NHS. When I got there, they told me my bladder was not adequately filled (my own fault!) but they said everything they could see looked normal

I have, yet another, short story! I had spoken to the Pain Clinic Specialist Nurse about changing from the Buprenorphine patch to tablet's and she agreed to write to my Dr. and ask him to change over because I am having a reaction to the gum on the patch and the itch is driving me nuts! I have been

Prostectamy
I'm 5 weeks post op following my successful prostectamy. I've recovered very well. Incontinence almost gone, just a few drops now and then. I've been taking Cialis 5mg every day since surgery. No matter how I try, I just can't get any type of erection, or have a dry orgasm. It even hurts my penis

Ablation
Hi All, I am wondering if anyone has gone the ablation route with non small cell lung cancer? I had cyberknife in my lower right lung back in 2011. It was effective with minimal side effects. In 2020, the cancer came back in my upper left lung. Now in 2024, it is back in my upper right lung. Apparently

patch
Hiya, I wondered if anyone with a mirena coil has ended up using the patch too? If so, how are you finding it? Iāve been recommended it for stage 4 endo, surgery is 2+ years waiting list. I donāt react too well to hormones, but Iām at a point where it canāt be worse. Iāve also seen posts about dienogest

Questions about experience with rinvoq
Have had to stop rinvoq a few times lately due to infections, this last time I stopped rinvoq for ear infection for 5 days. The infection has not cleared up so they're giving me another antibiotic for 10 days. I was just wondering if most people have a flare when stopping rinvoq for that length of

Severe hepatic steatosis
HiMy CT scan says liver has smooth contour, 'severe hepatic steatosis', no focal liver lesion or biliary dilatation. I phoned the helpline and was recommended to ask for fib 4 test but my gp says they don't do that. Just had normal full bloods and liver panel taken. Waiting for the results but I fear

No more propafenone!!!! What???
I'm in the U.S., diagnosed PAF ~3 years ago. Have achieved excellent control with propafenone (Rythmol). My pharmacy informed me they cannot refill my prescription, as there is a supply side problem with propafenone. From what I have read, there is a dangerous shortage of propafenone in the U.S and
