Questions about experience with rinvoq

Have had to stop rinvoq a few times lately due to infections, this last time I stopped rinvoq for ear infection for 5 days. The infection has not cleared up so they're giving me another antibiotic for 10 days. I was just wondering if most people have a flare when stopping rinvoq for that length of time or does Rinvoq continue working for awhile when you're not taking it

I had to stop for two weeks, or maybe it was even longer, when I had shingles over the summer. I was worried I would flare or that it would stop working altogether. Luckily that did not happen so fingers crossed you wil be ok.

I am suffering from shingles so gave up rinvoq for over five weeks, was advised by rheumy consultant to go back on them, and restarted at the weekend. Other than a few nagging pains I have so far been fine. I also gave up for a month in January following complications from COVID. Thankfully no flares.
