Reality check ... Kim, and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day ;-)
First, here's to you! Morning Mimosa ... this was a pic from yesterday morning before we left our lake house, and returned home -- we were celebrating Day 22 of self quarantine. Secondly, a good night sleep is something to be thankful for. My friend pictured (right), her name is Linda -- she stayed

Coronavirus voluntary support
A massive thank you to our wonderful volunteers. More than 30 of our volunteers have already signed up to help PSPA’s support of NHS voluntary roles. Clonazepam and Other Mentionables Bring Relief
I have been on clonazepam for nearly 30 years for insomnia. Though I've had RLS for longer than that, I never knew that it was helpful for RLS. If I take only clonazepam, the RLS symptoms are severe. What I find most helpful is staying on 2 mg of clonazepam, CBD from hemp oil, 1 mg of Ropinerole and

Pelvic floor spasms/tightness? Try CBN patches.
While my pelvic floor tightness is a symptom of nerve pain, these patches helped a ton for the tightness. I discovered this while in Colorado a little while back, as I have had pelvic floor spasm for roughly 2 years and it hadnt been freed up in a while. I bought 3 patches made by Mary's Medicinals:

Good day all,
This is my first post. I wanted to share a bit of my story in the hope it may help someone. Was originally diagnosed with CLL in Oct 2009 and went through the gamut of natural so called cures. Removed all my root canals in July 2012. Prior to that procedure I often had dark phlegm from my lungs. At that

CBD to help endo&IBS pain?
I started smoking weed socially about 2 years ago (maybe once a month). I noticed how much it helped my endo pain alongside my IBS AND my sleep. My pain has been excruciating at the moment and I cannot smoke weed all the time ( due to living with parents, money etc). I’ve done a lot of research on CBD

Circadian Rhythm Disorders
Hi guys! I am just writing because this is the first time I've had an opportunity to talk to people who also struggle with sleeping! I have basically been nocturnal for the past 6 years - no matter what I try - including every single sleep hygeine suggestion possible!! Sleep medication has never worked

Panic while Living Alone in These Times (New here)
Hello all, I have panic and anxiety disorder as well as depression and OCD. I have managed it all pretty well the last couple years, then it spiked a month or two ago between jobs, spurred on by isolation fears. Then COVID happened and it really ramped up, lots of shaking and anxiety. I live alone and

What I have learned this week:
Being home is not so bad. I have a lot of started, in the middle of, projects. Making lists is really helpful. I can actually finish a book within a few days. I can do without…… Making time to get outside more is very healing and calming. I can walk further than I thought. I too can have husband

Study to help improve care for people with PSP & CBD
"As we process the information, we will increase our knowledge and evidence base in PSP & CBD which in turn, we hope, will lead to improvements in diagnosis and care." Pushed my self too far - like an idiot
Hi all, hope your having a good week! Unfortunately I can not say the same...over the weekend I was doing some door to door charity work with my local young farmers club-selling donated veg eggs and pig muck for your garden. Obviously the heavy lifting and large amount of walking didn’t help me but

Great Send Off
Last night was the Celebration of Life for my husband George, who passed away in January with CBD. All of my siblings (3 sisters and a brother) had flown in from Pennsylvania and Ohio to offer their help and support. We succeeded in giving George the send off he deserved. Even amid the panic this darn
