Unfortunately I can not say the same...over the weekend I was doing some door to door charity work with my local young farmers club-selling donated veg eggs and pig muck for your garden. Obviously the heavy lifting and large amount of walking didn’t help me but as I hold a position in the club and not all the club knows about my current condition I did not want to show how it would effect me and I am very stubborn and hate when I have to stop the only thing I have kept going due to my consultants advice - as I still am a teenager and still want to live a normal life. Anyways I feel over someone’s badly laid path-most likely cause I’m extremely clumsy :)- and felt like I did something to my right ankle but I said to myself just walk it off. Now on Monday I have extended pain up my shin to my knee on both sides. As I am still at school and try not to have to many days of due to my pain and fatigue I just carried on. However now finding it hard to walk due to the pain.
I still have not found any medication that is actively helping with the pain and fatigue. My doctors have upped the dosage of Amitriptyline from 10 to 20mg per day- I am waiting for that to take affect as I only started on Saturday night- however it is not making me feel good mentally.
I would like to try Cbd oil however my family are not keen on it.
Sorry for the long post but I didn’t know where else to go.
Have a lovely week xx

Yes, I agree with everything Zoonie has put. He is a man of great knowledge and has helped many people as have everyone else on here.
But definitely think before you do anything next time!! We have all done things and the day after, we have suffered like crazy!! Please take care Lynne
I will add, if its a migraine as well.. It doesn't kill the pain but oh boy is it a godsend in making you feel that bit more relaxed and calmer is this freeze gel. It's in a tub in pound land usually masterplast brand. Slam a bit on your forehead and feel the nice soft coldness relieving you. Plus its blue 😂 just as good if not better than those cold patches.
Other pains i haven't quite worked out a working help/relief but that is my go to {I stockpile the stuff now cause I had it once in poundstretcher and it took me months to find the replacement}
You have a few choices, A&E (you probably need an Xray), Your GP, (by phone if necessary) or 111 for advice. If you are under 18, it would probably be best, if you go to A&E, but take a parent with you, as, If there is a procedure needed, you may need a parent to sign the consent form.
