Welcome to my nightmare!!
I keep thrashing around and carrying on at night, including in one occasion falling out of the other side of the bed. (I was catching a big wave!). My husband cannot handle this. I am worried as I am heading overseas on holiday and will be staying with extended family. For part of the trip I won’t be

CBD for SCA
I have been testing half a year now with CBD-oil. Normally I've been using 20-25% but now I bought Cibdol's 40%, no exprience yet. Get's a bit costly... For my SCA7/ 43 rep the CBD works really well. After 3-4 days after the 1ml dose I don't need my sticks at all. The muscle control and also the mood

THC O- a 1 person mini experiment
I got my THC O in the mail last Monday and have taken it all week. Here are my personal conclusions. Keep in mind this is just my experience. It may differ for others. DOES IT WORK: Yes. It seems to have the same efficacy, mg to mg, as normal THC. WOULD I RECOMMEND IT: No. Not if you have other options

Question about levodopa/carbidopa
Hi, I'm new here, 51 yo, parkinsonian since 3 years, tremor dominant. My resting tremor hits my right hand, rigidity in my right shoulder and bradykinesia in the right side of my body. These are my symptoms. I don't have any kind of pain, postural instability or balance and gait issues probably due to

CBD and Palmitoylethanolamide might not go together (or maybe they do)
So 3 out of the last 9 nights I have had minor RBD episodes. That is a lot for me. And it made me think about the fact that I have been on Palmitoylethanolamide for over a month, and then about a week ago I started having CBD also before going to bed. And this made me remember something I read about

I know I'm a broken record - but why won't they listen or help?
Picture of my lil dog at his favourite place, the beach xx I know I'm not the best advocator for myself, in part, because if you act as a medical professional they won't treat you and if you act reserved they think your 'one of those hypochondriac medical people, who think they've got every illness under

Covid diagnosis and interactions with paxlovid
Hi there, I’ve just tested positive for covid and my surgery has given me a prescription for paxlovid (I live in Guernsey so things work a little differently here). My sister is picking it up for me from the hospital pharmacy this afternoon and I presume I have to stay off the humira until I feel better

Natural pain relief
I don't know if this allowed so if not, I won't be offended if admin delete it. I don't take chemical medicines unless absolutely necessary, much prefering natural solutions. I have had osteoarthritis for years and almost died taking declafenic, it caused an ulcer and I almost went into cardio arrest

Pcos healthy teas
Research shows that cinnamon tea can increase total antioxidant capacity (TAC), which is a measure of the amount of free radicals your body can fight off Test-tube studies suggest that compounds in cinnamon may reduce markers of inflammation. Cinnamon may provide powerful anti diabetic effects by lowering

Miracle cures.
This is not really a question. Just have to let off steam. I am so tired of reading or hearing about all these miracle cures for rls. I try everything with the hope of some kind of miracle. I purchased the relaxis pad for $1000., all sorts of rubs, supplements, cbd gummies, medical marijuana, etc

CBD OIL
Just read an article about an 80 year old lady who had stage 4 lung cancer and took liquid CBD oil daily, and refused all treatment. The tumour disappeared. Is this made up, surely the experts would have found that CBD is a cure. It's like diet, there's no diet that can cure cancer.

CBD oil stopped working!
A couple of years ago, I highly recommended CBD oil for RLS. I was one of the first to suggest this solution. Then one night after taking my usual CBD OIL, I got severe RLS, I’m shocked and upset that the one thing that helped my RLS just quit helping. This week I’ve had RLS all night. Now I simply don
