Jumpey is right. It might be a new medicine or even an over the counter supplement that you just started. If so if you give me the name I can perhaps give you a safe substitute. As to what to do next if that isn't the case - have you had your ferritin checked? Improving it to 100 helps 60% of people. Have you tried gabapentin?
I’m so sorry to hear this I also suffer with RLS and if I don’t catch it quick it goes into full body RLS whatever I have to walk up and down for hours I can’t sit or lay down .I take cbd oil for sleep and it’s starting to stop that .I guess we need stronger strength and hope that doesn’t wear off after a while .💕💕
No because it puts weight on ,I have many conditions fibromyalgia, leaky gut ,diabetes,RLS and many more I can’t cope with more meds I have 19 a month so my system is done .Are you having a good day or is just awful .🥰🥰 Ps thank you for trying to help though I’m on opioids .xx
No and honestly to get an appointment at my drs is impossible.I went a few weeks ago because I’m very dizzy they did tests said my iron was fine and that was it .I think since covid they don’t seem to care ,not all of them but some.💕
Doctors !!! Telling you your iron is fine doesn't mean much Your iron and your ferritin can be fine for normal people but not for those with RLS. If they haven't given you a copy of the tests which they should have, call the office and ask what your ferritin number was and your transferritin saturation percentage. You can ask the nurse. If your ferritin was less than 100 or your transferritin percentage was less than 20%, let me know and I can advise you on what you can do to bring it up.
I wish I could tell them ,I have spent many years being phobic about going to drs I don’t find it easy to ask them .Thank you for your kindness in trying to help.🤗🤗
