Hi All, I recently had an overnight sleep study done checking for sleep apnea and got my results back this week. My results show I didn't meet the criteria for a sleep apnea diagnosis. Both AHI and ODI were recorded at 1.2 per hour, below the 5 required for a diagnosis. Average SP02 was 92.4%. It was

does anyone have a CPAP ?
If you have a CPAP, how long did it take to get it? Do you like it? Has it changed how you feel? What are the drawbacks and/or benefits from it?

Medicinal marijuana
Hi everyone, my stepdad has PSP and we have heard that there is evidence that THC can help with symptoms. He is already taking CBD, but it doesn't seem to do anything. It sounds like it is very difficult to get a prescription for medicinal marijuana in the UK, but has anyone had any experience with this

Mandibular (trigeminal) nerve interference... relief?
For over a week I have experienced discomfort in my left ear and jaw, with some headache also on the left side. Over the weekend the discomfort worsened a bit to the point of occasional "pain." (The issue is not one of intense pain, thankfully, but mostly of persistent ongoing discomfort of a minor headache

Is CBD or mirtazapine withdrawal the culprit
I have had very intrusive tinnitus for 18 months ,I have weaned myself over 8 months from 7.5mg to 2.5mg of Mirtazapine Ten days ago I stopped the mirtazapine completely at a dose of 2.5 mg .In order to help me sleep I took CBD oil for 4 nights. It was excellent and I slept well. Unfortunately

On Easter Sunday I attended church with my wife and about midway through mass I started to get a tight sensation in the middle of my chest. fnd since may 2022
my FND came on after the birth of my daughter. Started with vertigo, balance issues, fleeting paralysis until July when my full body went into paralysis and continued to do so for weeks. In and out of paralysis. Was admitted into the hospital and since then I’ve had almost every symptom you can get it

Periodic episodes of fluctuating tachycardia while in AFib.
Never had any heart problems until early 2020. I'm a rather robust yet strong guy , late 40s. I suspect COVID may have had something to do with it. Never vaccinated either..went to e.r after having AFib for 16 hrs. Was blacking out at work. Thought I was going to die. Spent 2 days in hospital. Echocardiogram

Excrutiating pain from L 5, cancer connection?
Not sure if what I am experiencing can be linked to PCa. What started out as leg cramps evolved into excruciating nerve pain similar to Sciatica but emanating from L5. I had such pain that I was awake all night for 3 nights in a row. I was unable to find any comfortable position Found relief in a Canabis

Ringing in the ears and ear pain using pregabalin
Hello, I have another question re side-effects of pregabalin. I run a google search and found ringing in the ears and ear pain can be a side effect too, and I read quite a few horror stories that really didn't help 😅 pregabalin seems to be working to keep both my PLMD and RLS under control so I really

struggling with CPAP
After 8 months still struggling with the CPAP. Switched to nasal mask but still waken with cough and congestion after about an hour. Humidity does help. Tried saline spray and cortisone nasal spray. Next visit is with ENT. Sleep doctor thinks I am non-compliant. I want the CPAP to work!

Increase Before Testing???
I have posted here a few times and I am grateful for the insight. Even though I have had hypothyroidism and it was treated successfully for a while, that has not been the case for about 4 years now....since NatureThroid went out of production. Without going into a lot of detail, I will recap my latest

Recent Tinnitus
Food for Thought - In Canada I`ve had "tinnitus" since the 2nd jab of our recent "health recommendation". They say it`s a co-incidence? and at this point it doesn`t matter! Search for solutions! I`ve been doing a very successful experiment with a Wana (Quick CBN Midnight Berry gummie product) that

Saw my pulmonologist on Tues. “Why haven’t you been using your Cpap?” Me: “Sometimes I feel claustrophobic and it’s hard to breathe. I also have had shortness of breath since I had Covid last June after coming home from our trip.” This led her to have me do a 6 minute walking test - my oxygen didn’t
