Medicinal marijuana

Hi everyone, my stepdad has PSP and we have heard that there is evidence that THC can help with symptoms. He is already taking CBD, but it doesn't seem to do anything. It sounds like it is very difficult to get a prescription for medicinal marijuana in the UK, but has anyone had any experience with this? Does anyone know if it might help? Thank you

sorry you haven’t had any response. I know folks have tried it with varying success. I sometimes use THC in very small doses for anxiety and insomnia and have found CBD salve helpful for arthritis. I wonder what symptoms you hope to address. Have you done a search on the archives?

Hi, thanks for replying. Not to worry! It's a bit difficult with it not being legal / hard to get a prescription for - I don't think people know much about it.

This is the research I mentioned where it has been shown to help with motor and language functions: ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articl...

We have managed to get hold of some and it does seem to be helping with sleep, speech and other symptoms.
