I noticed my anxiety and OCD has got worse in the past year or so. I was never a type of person to do THC or CBD all my life but I will do it I say about 2-4 a year just for sleep purposes or my mediation practice .
But since I started with THC I say back in 2017 more frequently that my anxiety and OCD has got more worse I find especially my OCD . Could this be a result that it’s affecting my brain so much? Can marijuana damage your brain and make it worse ? I’m just worried I’ve done something to damage my brain or something .
Feedback would be greatly appreciated !
Thanks 🙏

The is the part that makes you high and paranoid. It brings all my problems to the surface. Cbd is the part that's good for anxiety ocd,and many other benefits without feeling paranoid. In my experience the no good for ocd but cbd out is.
Excuse the typos lol. Thc is bad for ocd brings my worries to the surface and makes me ruminating ruminate even more making me paranoid. Cbd oil is good for ocd and anxiety and many other benefits.
Some marijuana strains have very high levels of THC. THC is the psychoactive agent in marijuana. If you suffer from anxiety you probably don’t want to be using anything with high THC levels. Long term use of high level THC can cause psychosis in some users. If you suffer from anxiety I would recommend you not use THC products at all. CBD has helped some people to lower their anxiety.
