Need ideas post Xtandi and Zytiga
We had our first telehealth FaceTime call with the local MO yesterday to discuss my husband’s John’s recent bloodwork. He has been on Zytiga with dexamethasone and we knew his PSA was rising. It jumped 5 points in 6 weeks to 15.16 so the doc said to stop Zytiga and dexa and pretty much accept that

Hydrocortisone - is this normal?
Hi I started taking hydrocortisone, levothyroxine and desmopressin nearly two weeks ago. All was well then one morning a few days ago after taking the medications I became foggy, confused, dizzy, feels like my body is buzzing, heavy and like I can’t catch my breath, that my heart is beating too quick

Wound on my back- Can anyone help/advise?
Hi Newbie here, not sure if this is the right place to post this Due to the current circumstances it’s been tough to deal with this issue. 5 years ago I had a lump (lipoma/cyst) removed from my upper back. I was told it will probably grow back back again. Over the last few years it slowly grew back

Phimosis sex hurting girlfriend and problems stretching foreskin
I can't seem to have sex with my girlfriend more than once every couple or few days without it hurting her (even the one time is uncomfortable for her). I have phimosis but my foreskin is retractable (even when erect) only it's very tight and I can sort of feel my phimotic band tightly under the surface

Has my thyroid gone haywire?
My thyroid has been unstable for quite a while now but I had a test 6 weeks ago and the results were within ‘normal’. TSH 0.86. (0.27 -4.2) T4. 21.7. (12.0 -22.00) I’ve not been well for several months. I blamed it on changing from hydrocortisone from predisolone for an Adrenal test. At the end of

HYDROCORTISONE TABLETS
Hi everyone on this forum, need some advice I'm very confused, I was diagnosed with PMR September 2013, by my GP and I've found this group very helpful, as like many I've never heard of it before. I've been on a slow taper after a flare last summer, and now down to 2mg and in a lot of pain in neck, shoulders

1916 - Ann - (aka Liz)
Hi Al Liz was my guiding light as we first walked this path. She was a few months ahead of me on our journeys. So as I faced my op, then chemo, I always had the knowledge Liz has done this, Liz is older than me if she can get through this bit, I can do it. She was such an inspiration. Our paths crossed
