I can't seem to have sex with my girlfriend more than once every couple or few days without it hurting her (even the one time is uncomfortable for her). I have phimosis but my foreskin is retractable (even when erect) only it's very tight and I can sort of feel my phimotic band tightly under the surface when retracted. It's hard to describe. I think it's this that hurts her. I have recently seen a doctor and he said it's likely she has a fungal infection herself and to use cansten cream but that's something we've tried before.
I've been struggling with phimosis for years now. Although I can retract my foreskin, it is tight and uncomfortable. I have tried stretching and a few steroid creams (prescribed by GP's) for a very long time but my penis has this sort of white scaly bumpy scarring around the phimotic band. I've used hydrocortisone on this, upon advice from a doctor, but haven't seen much success. Maybe my only option left is circumcision but that would seem unfortunate since I can retract my foreskin.
Any reply would be really appreciated. I feel quite defeated at this point.

Hi, it sounds like you both need to visit your doctor and have things checked if your girlfriend has a fungal infection you may be giving it to her and you both would need to be treated. Also with your phimosis you said you had some white scaly bumps or scarring on your foreskin that didn't improve after using steroid creams this would need to be checked in case it was LS or Bxo.
Yeah ok I think you should both get checked out with your doctor when it hasn't improved for your girlfriend. and also with your phimosis when it hasn't improved with the steroid creams you would need to be checked with a doctor who has some knowledge of LS. it maybe just some scarring. Is there any discoloration on your inner foreskin or glans?
Did you see a dermatologist as well for the "white scaly bumpy scarring around the phimotic band"? In case he/she may have other recommendations than your current doctor.
I think I have something similar, but can only retract while flaccid & with effort. I ended up going for circumcision to be on the safe side. As I had instances of the foreskin kinda getting stuck and don't wish to ever get real paraphimosis.
To be direct, your phimosis is not causing her pain. She has her own medical issue. She needs to seek a doctor for her issue.
If the issue is that she is allergic to medication you are taking, that would be a different story. I am curious if it might be a cream or something that effects the urinary tract like diabetic medicine.
Honestly, only doctors can tell at this point. If you have slept with others and they don't have the problem, that is a surefire way to determine it is her.
