Thought of the day - B12 paradox
Like many aspects of life that we're all trying to grapple with, good health comes from a very fine balance. There is no 'one way' to do things, but a sweet spot in the middle. And I believe it's the same with diet, in particular B12. B12 is a regulator of homocysteine. Low B12 is a driver for high

DOES ANYONE TAKE SONATA, LUNESTA, or RESTORIL for their RLS and if so, does it work for you?
Dr. Buchfuchrer's website list a host of drugs that have been prescribed over the years for RLS and their effects. Wondering if anyone takes either of these three for insomnia and RLS?

An urgent warning about rytary...
We are then, logically referred for
DBS
(Deep Brain Stimulation surgery) to reduce dyskinesias, which, in my case, stopped completely, as did the manic/panic attacks 24 hours after reducing my Parkinson’s Disease drugs.

Quinidine Sulphate
About 11 years ago I was diagnosed with Brugada Syndrome and had a de-fib fitted as well as prescibed Quinidine and Bisoloprol which I have taken ever since. 4 years ago my de-fib activated so my Consultant increased the levles of Quinidine. However I am told by my Consultant & Pharmacy that they cannot

It was perfect when zoloft worked for me but time is over
I knew that there is a
DBS
method, but I have tried to call clinics and they said, that they work only with Parkinson syndrome. I tried TMS but it doesn't work, I think it's not more than placebo. So my question is to find out about methods to deal with my type of OCD?

Brain surgeon interview:
He has bettered my understanding of the brain in general, given me hope because neuro plasticity is proven, discussed the real power of breathing and meditation and at about 50 minutes he touches on
DBS
. He has a couple of books but I have not read them. https://youtu.be/JYalx8bvEyg
